Expoverse operates in ecommerce, media production, marketing and events; providing website features, functions, downloads and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at Expoverse.com, use any products or services sold by Expoverse, use Expoverse mobile apps, access content that Expoverse makes available, or when you use software provided by Expoverse.

For this reason, Expoverse.com contains a number of legal agreements which govern use with respect to each individual Expoverse provided service, or any Expoverse marketplace feature. Multiple legal agreements apply to your use of the website depending on whether you use Expoverse services as a:

  • (1) Visitor or Guest — meaning you simply browse the Expoverse Site;

  • (6) Member — meaning any individual or business registered as the owner of an Expoverse account and/or participating in exclusive Expoverse member-only programs, for example EV-CPAN (Expoverse Creative & Performing Arts Network); or
  • (7) Liaison or Handler — meaning you act to arrange and assist in communication, interaction, or meetings between Expoverse and third parties.
